1. Identification

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by About eu, both to individual clients (B2C) and to companies (B2B), and form an integral part of the Coaching Agreement signed by the parties.
3. Session Length and Format
- Standard length: 60 minutes per session
- Format: online (Zoom/Google Meet) or in person in Eindhoven, NL
- The session starts at the scheduled time. Late arrival by the coachee does not extend the session.
- If the coach is more than 10 minutes late, the session is extended or rescheduled at no cost.
4. Booking and Rescheduling
- Sessions are booked at least 48 hours in advance by email or through the contact form
- You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, at no cost, up to 2 times per pack (single session: 1 free reschedule)
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is treated as a late cancellation (see Section 5)
5. Cancellation Policy

Accepted exceptions (with documentation where applicable):
- Sudden illness or medical emergency
- Family emergency
- Technical failure attributable to the platform (Zoom/Google Meet)
In exceptional cases, the session is rescheduled at no additional cost.
6. Payment
Single Session
- Payment up to 48 hours before the session
- Accepted methods: bank transfer
- The session may be cancelled if payment is not received in time
Session Packs
- Full payment at the time of purchase
- The pack is activated on the date of payment
- Validity: 6 months from the date of purchase
- Sessions not used within the validity period are not refunded, except where the coach is at fault
B2B Invoicing
- Invoice issued under the terms of the B2B Coaching Agreement
- Payment term: 30 days after the invoice date
- Late-payment interest: the statutory rate in force in the Netherlands
7. Refunds

8. Founders Pack (first 10 clients)
The first 10 clients have access to the Founders Pack: 20% off the 10-session pack, in exchange for a written and/or video testimonial authorised for publication. The discount is applied at the time of purchase, subject to confirmation that places are still available.
9. Intellectual Property
Materials created by the coach specifically for the process (worksheets, exercises, resources) are provided for the coachee's personal use. They may not be reproduced, shared or used commercially without written authorisation from About eu.
10. Limitation of Liability
About eu is not responsible for specific outcomes of the coaching process. Results depend on the coachee's commitment, honesty and action. Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
11. Force Majeure
If the service cannot be provided because of force majeure (serious illness, exceptional circumstances), the coach will notify the coachee as soon as possible and sessions will be rescheduled or refunded.
12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
About eu reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes apply only to new agreements entered into after the date of the update. Agreements already in force keep the terms in the version accepted by the coachee.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt mediation before going to court. Competent court: Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
